Convertible Crown and Tiara Change and Cancellation Policy
At Hairline Illusions, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Understanding that plans and preferences can change, we have established a policy regarding tiara style changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Changing Tiara Style:
Timeframe for Changes: Customers may request a change in their tiara style within 7 days of placing their order.
Availability: Changes are subject to the availability of the desired style. If the requested style is not available, we will offer alternative options.
Additional Costs: If the new style has a higher price than the originally ordered tiara, the customer will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the new style is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 14 days of placing the order.
Custom Orders: For custom-designed tiaras, cancellations must be made within 5 days of the order, as these pieces are made to order.
Refunds:
Eligibility: Full refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified cancellation window.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable: After the cancellation window has closed, orders are no longer eligible for a refund.
Exceptions:
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective tiara, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Production Changes: If changes in the prototype design (as mentioned at the time of pre-ordering) significantly alter the final product, customers will be notified and given the option to continue with their order or receive a full refund.
